Well, here's one thing I've done quite a few times in my animations...
Create a null object. Parent the camera to it. Then just move/rotate the
null object, NOT the camera... If you want more camera views, create more
null objects and do the same...move/rotate the null objects, not the
camera... Then when it's time to animate, and have the camera jump
around, just parent the camera to a different null object, and you have
another instant camera view...
